How to Apply Liquid Eyeliner - Makeup tutorial with Tonya Ayer

00:00 Hi, my name is Tanya Ayer, professional makeup artist in New York City.
00:08 I'm going to demonstrate some of the products for the Black Radiance 2014 collection.
00:17 I'm going to demonstrate the Black Radiance Liquid Eyeliner, which I really like because
00:22 it has a really nice brush for application.
00:24 I kind of hold my brush in between the index finger and my middle finger, just to give
00:29 it more control.
00:30 You want to stay as close to the lash line as possible.
00:32 And then if you want to make it thicker, you can go back in and apply more.
00:35 I really like to start at the base of the lash and then just kind of bring it out with
00:39 a swoop.
00:40 I'm going to demonstrate for you the Sparkling Liquid Liner, just on the back of my hand
00:43 so you can get an idea of what it looks like.
00:45 So it has a micro glitter in it, which is really nice for evening or if you just want
00:50 a little more pop in your eyeliner.
00:53 Next we have the Fine Line Waterproof Liquid Pen, which is really nice because it has a
00:58 felt tip.
00:59 You can use the tip, which gives you a nice fine line, or you can go ahead and press it
01:05 down against the lash line.
01:06 And that way you can get a thicker line, or you can make it as thin as you want.
01:11 And what's really nice is that it has a snap cap, so it won't open up in your bag.
01:16 I'm going to go ahead and apply the Continuous Cream Eyeliner.
01:19 What I like to do is coat my brush on both sides.
01:23 I like to start from the corner of the eye at the bottom, the base of the lash, and bring
01:29 it out, and then connect it inward.
