Pan That Palette Makeup Tutorial #3 (88 Shimmer)

00:00 Hey guys, this is April. Today's video is going to be a tutorial using my 88 shimmer
00:04 palette. If you've been a subscriber of mine before, you know that I'm trying to pan this
00:08 palette this year. So to encourage myself to do that, I'm trying to use this palette
00:14 more and I do a tutorial using it once a month. So let's go ahead and get started. The first
00:19 thing I'm going to do is apply moisturizer all over my face. I do this before I put on
00:24 my foundation so I give it time to soak into my skin. And then I apply an eye primer. This
00:29 is going to go all over my eyelid and underneath my eye as well to prevent any creasing. I
00:36 took a neutral eye shadow and I run this all over my lid. This is going to help the colors
00:42 that I'm going to add later to blend out a little bit easier. The color combo I'm going
00:48 to use today is silver and purple. So the silver is going to go all over my lid. I'm
00:55 taking this deep purple and that's going to go in my crease. So what I do is I just put
01:02 it in my crease first and just kind of map out where I want it to go. And then I take
01:10 a bigger fluffier brush and blend it out. I'm going to use this same eye shadow on a smaller
01:17 brush and put that on my lower lash line. To help blend it out even more, I'm going
01:24 to take this light purple and I'm going to run that on the edges of the darker purple.
01:31 My highlight is going to be a matte white because I felt like if I used a shimmery white
01:39 it would just be way too much shimmer going on in my face. For my eyeliner, I like to
01:45 use a pencil first and I basically just fill in the gaps on my lash line. Make sure that
01:52 there's not any white from my eyelid peeking through the liner. I hate that. And then on
01:58 top of that I use a black gel liner and what I do is I make the outer part of the liner
02:04 thicker than the inner part. It seems to make my eyes look a little bit bigger. I have already
02:10 done a face routine video and it's going to go up later this week. After I've done that
02:16 face routine, then I apply my mascara. I don't like this mascara. I'm just trying to finish
02:21 it up. But I do like the fact that it smells like chocolate. To fill in my brows, I take
02:27 a mixture of brown and black eyeshadow. Just run that through my brows on a liner brush.
02:34 And then I want them to stay in place so I take a clear mascara and just run that through
02:39 them as well. This also helps to shape them a little bit because my brows just naturally
02:44 tend to grow very straight across my face. And I used a mauve or a lavender type lip
02:51 butter. And this is my completed look. Like I said, the face routine will be uploaded
