00:08 So today I have this back to school, everyday makeup look.
00:12 And I'm so excited.
00:13 First of all, also I want to say that I'm so sorry I haven't
00:17 posted in like two weeks.
00:18 That's a really long time.
00:20 I was actually in Peru.
00:21 And I was visiting family there.
00:23 And I actually got to meet my dad.
00:26 Well, I basically met him because it was my first time
00:29 seeing him after 16 years, which is a super long time.
00:32 So I was like two the last time I saw him.
00:34 But yeah, and I had a ton of fun.
00:36 And I really bonded with everyone.
00:37 And my whole family there, I had so much fun.
00:40 And they were so nice.
00:41 So I just wanted to apologize for not uploading.
00:46 I know that's really annoying.
00:47 But it was really hard.
00:48 Like I barely had the Wi-Fi to go and like watch videos
00:51 while I was there.
00:52 Plus I was with family and just like bonding with them
00:55 and stuff because there's a lot of people
00:56 that I haven't met ever there.
00:59 So that's what I was doing.
01:01 When I'm back in, I'm going to be doing a ton of videos.
01:03 And I really am so excited for the fall time
01:06 because I'm definitely going to do a fall lookbook.
01:08 So stay tuned for that because I'm definitely going to do that.
01:10 Also, I'm going to do some fall makeup tutorials, which
01:13 are my favorite to watch and just some
01:16 of those kinds of things.
01:17 Also really quick, you guys, I just
01:18 wanted to show you these super cool bracelets
01:20 I got while I was in Peru.
01:23 So I got this really pretty red one.
01:26 And it's just red.
01:29 And it has these cool little stripes on the sides.
01:31 And then it has this llama or alpaca.
01:34 I'm not really sure.
01:35 I can't tell them apart.
01:36 But then there's this Peru thing.
01:39 It says Peru.
01:40 And then it's got their little symbol, which
01:42 is like the swirl on the P. And then I got this white one.
01:44 And then I got James the same one
01:46 in turquoise, which is really cute because now we're
01:49 matching.
01:50 But yeah, I had a ton of fun in Peru.
01:52 And I really wish I could have brought you guys along.
01:54 I just wasn't allowed to bring my camera
01:56 because I wasn't in touristy areas while I was there.
02:01 I was actually with family.
02:03 I was visiting parts of where family members lived.
02:07 And some of them lived in areas that weren't too safe.
02:10 So I couldn't even have my phone out.
02:12 So you could tell how dangerous it was.
02:15 So I couldn't really film too much there.
02:17 And I'm really, really sorry.
02:19 But I will be filming a lot now.
02:21 And I'm actually going to Bumbershoot tomorrow.
02:23 And I'm so excited.
02:24 And I will film a lot for you guys.
02:26 James and I are super excited to go.
02:28 And if you don't know what Bumbershoot is,
02:30 it's just this music festival in Seattle, Washington.
02:33 And yeah, so I'm super excited.

02:38 So first, I'm just starting off by going in with some concealer.
02:41 And I'm actually running out.
02:43 There's barely any left in here.
02:45 But I'm just starting off by creating a triangle
02:50 underneath my eye.
02:51 Like that.
02:52 OK, then I'm going to go around my nose,
03:02 just because I have redness there.
03:05 That's not very cute.
03:06 And then just on some problem areas
03:09 in the middle of my forehead.
03:11 Then I'm taking my Dance Beauty Blender.
03:16 And I'm just going to blend it out.
03:19 Beauty Blender, and I'm just going
03:20 to pounce it all over my face to blend this in.
03:24 OK, then I'm just going in with my Maybelline Fit Me
03:42 Dewy and Smooth Foundation.
03:44 And it just looks like this.
03:47 And I'm going in with--
03:49 oh.
03:51 I'm just pouring that on my hand.
03:53 And I'm going to use my Beauty Blender again
03:55 to apply this all over my face.
04:17 And then you want to make sure to blend down your neck
04:19 so that you don't have a harsh line,
04:22 because that's never cute.
04:23 Then I'm going in with my Clinique Translucent Powder.
04:32 And that just looks like that.
04:34 And I'm just using a huge fluffy brush to apply that.
04:41 So I'm just using this MAC--
04:42 I think it's a 150 brush.
04:44 I'm not really sure.
04:46 Yeah, I'm just grabbing a little bit on the cap of-- oh, god.
04:52 I'm grabbing a little bit on the cap of my powder.
04:55 And then I'm just dusting that all over my face
04:59 so that my makeup does not move around and just stays
05:03 set all day long during school.
05:16 Then I'm going in with my High Beam by Benefit.
05:19 And it is just a highlighter.
05:21 It's a liquid highlighter, which is kind of harder to work with.
05:24 But I really like these.
05:26 So I'm just dotting it on my cheekbones
05:31 and a little bit on the bridge of my nose
05:33 and then on my forehead.

06:04 Then I'm just going in with my Maybelline Fit Me Blush.
06:08 And this is in the color Light Rose or 102.
06:14 So it's just a really light, pale pink, which I like
06:18 because pale pinks are super buildable.
06:22 So I'm just getting that on my blush brush
06:26 and applying it to the apples of my cheeks.
06:29 And I'm kind of sweeping it up towards my temple
06:32 because I find that that's how blush looks best on me, I guess.
06:38 And then I just have to fill in my eyebrows.
06:41 And I use the Brow Zings in the color Dark.
06:46 So it's just the darkest one.

06:55 And I do like my eyebrows pretty dark
07:16 because I already have pretty strong features on my face.
07:20 And I think that when you have strong features,
07:22 it looks better if you have darker eyebrows, I think.
07:28 So that is just what I just did on this one.
07:32 I'm going to have to do this one, and I'll be right back.
07:34 So my eyebrows are done.
07:37 Then I just line up my mascara.
07:41 And right now, I'm using the Scandal Eyes Extreme
07:44 by Rimmel London.
07:45 And it's just like this bright red one or pink
07:48 or whatever color this is.
07:50 So yeah, I really like this because-- oh my gosh,
07:54 look at the wand.
07:55 Just wait.
07:56 It's curved at the top.
08:04 And it has these spikes that really separate them.
08:07 And I like the rubbery--
08:08 what is this-- the rubbery brushes for mascara
08:15 because it's way more than the ones with the fine hairs
08:19 because the ones with the fine hairs, I feel like just get--
08:22 they just barely touch my eyelashes.
08:25 But these ones really comb through them,
08:27 and they really lift them, if that makes sense.
08:30 That is a weird motion that I'm doing.
08:31 But I feel like it really lifts them.
08:34 And I really like that.
08:36 Oh, and if you're wondering why I don't do eyeliner or-- wow,
08:39 I'm just drawing this brush out.
08:41 If you're wondering why I don't do eyeliner or I'm not
08:43 doing eyeshadow right now, it's because for high school,
08:47 I didn't really wear eyeshadow.
08:49 I mean, sometimes I did.
08:50 And if I was to, I would do this little trio,
08:55 and it's the Walking on Eggshells by Wet n Wild.
08:58 But for the most part, I didn't wear eyeshadow
09:01 because I liked it to look a little more intense and nice
09:05 when I went to dances.
09:06 And I did wear eyeshadow.
09:08 So yeah, that's why I'm not wearing that.
09:10 And also, I didn't wear eyeliner too much in high school.
09:12 I'm starting to get into it now.
09:14 But it's not something I would wear all the time.
09:17 So for my eyes, it's just mascara.
09:20 So I am just coating my eyelashes.
09:23 Have you guys seen the commercials for that movie?
09:34 Or not the movie.
09:35 Yeah, it's a movie.
09:35 It's this really weird movie with the grandma that's like,
09:41 could you get in the oven or something to clean it?
09:45 How creepy is that?
09:47 I want to see that movie so bad.
09:50 It looks scary.
09:51 But it's only PG-13, so I mean, it can't be that scary, right?

10:16 And it's like singing a song to her.
10:18 And it's so scary.
10:19 Oh, gosh, I want to see it so bad, though.
10:21 I love scary movies, even though they freak me out.
10:23 But I love them.

11:56 So I like to go in and brush through when it's dry,
12:02 because I feel like that works the best.
12:05 When it's wet, it just kind of clumps together,
12:07 and it just adds more mascara, which is not really what I want.
12:11 So that is just what I'm doing here.
