Back to school hair, makeup and outfit!

00:46 Hi guys and welcome back to my channel.
00:48 So today I am going to be filming a back to school hair
00:51 makeup and outfit and I am on location filming at a school.
00:56 This is actually my elementary school.
00:58 Um, so yes, so you're going to be seeing how I did this hair
01:04 and to give you one little tip, this is the first time I ever
01:07 actually succeeded at a fishtail braid in this video.
01:10 I don't have a lot of clips of it but it's still there.

01:23 For this makeup look, it is really simple.
01:26 Um, first you're going to want to take any concealer that you like
01:29 and you're going to want to put it on any blemishes or you could use foundation.
01:32 I don't have a lot of use for foundation right now because I don't need to cover up a lot.
01:37 So I'm just using my Stay Gorgeous by CoverGirl and taking a brush and blending that in.
01:46 Um, this makeup look is very simple to my everyday summer makeup look

01:57 After I am done blending this in, um, I'm making sure that it, there's no brush lines
02:03 so I'm running my finger over it just to make sure there's no brush lines.
02:06 Then I'm going to be taking my Oil Control CoverGirl pressed powder
02:10 and putting that all over my face just to make sure that I'm not shiny throughout the day
02:15 and that I don't look oily.
02:18 And then after that I'm going to be taking my Maybelline Dream Bouncy blush
02:24 and putting that on my cheeks just for a nice glow.
02:27 I'm not a big fan of blush so I don't put a lot of blush on.
02:31 I just like to have a little bit of blush on.
02:33 After my blush I'm going to be taking a foundation brush with my Doll 10 highlighter.
02:40 You just saw my cat run by.
02:42 And putting that on my apples of my cheeks, on my cupid's bow,
02:48 and on my forehead in the shape of like flowers type thing.
02:53 I don't know. Like antennas? I don't know how you would say it.
02:56 And then I'm going to be taking my EOS lip balm to make sure my lips are hydrated
03:02 and taking my Annabelle brow pencil and I'm going to be filming that in.
03:06 I've set up a mirror so I can see the story so the camera's in the way.
03:09 Just to make sure that they are filled in 100% and that I actually look like I have eyebrows.

03:43 As you can see my one eyebrow is already very nicely filled in and looks a lot better.
03:48 And you can see my cat in the background. It's really awkward.
03:51 So when my eyebrows are done I'm going to be taking my Urban Decay primer potion
03:59 and putting that all over my eyelids and underneath because I just prime the underneath too
04:05 because I like to put a colour on my waterline just to make it look good and tie the look together.

04:36 Now I'm going to be taking my Too Faced natural eyeshadow palette
04:39 and taking Velvet Revolver and putting that all over my crease and up on my brow bone too
04:44 and just blending that in to make it really nice so it ties the look together at the end.
04:49 After I'm done with that I'm taking the other side of this brush and it's kind of like a crease brush
04:54 and I'm going to be taking that and putting that all over my lid.
05:01 After I'm done putting that all over both my lids I'm going to be taking Push Up
05:06 and I'm going to be putting that in my crease just to add some definition
05:09 and also be putting it on my outer corner just so that it looks like it ties the whole look together really
05:15 and makes a lot of definition I find.

05:35 After I'm done with that I'm going to be taking the white colour in this palette
05:39 or the skin tone colour in this palette and I'm going to be highlighting my inner corner
05:44 and my brow bone with that just to give it a nice glow and so it makes me look less tired and more put together.
05:51 Then I'm going to be taking Velvet Revolver again and putting that on my lower lash line.
05:55 After I'm done that I'm going to be taking my eyelash curler and curling my eyelashes
05:59 and taking the Pumped Up Colossal, it's in the pink tube by Maybelline
06:04 and I'm going to be putting that on my eyelashes.
06:07 I don't like heavy mascara in the summer or when I first start going back to school
06:11 because it looks really weird and makes me look even worse I find.
06:15 So after that I'm going to be taking my, I think it's the Stryker Rose by the Babylip Electric Collection
06:26 I will be putting on my lips just to give my lips a nice tint.

07:00 Now moving on to hair, I am just going to be doing a simple fishtail braid.
07:06 So what you're going to do is even if you're showered or not, you're just going to want to brush out your hair
07:09 and pull it to one side of your hair.
07:12 You can do it in the middle but I find that a lot harder.
07:14 Pull it to one side of the hair, split it in two sections and from the back of each section
07:18 you're just going to pull one over.
07:20 So you're seeing me do that right now and you're just going to repeat that step
07:23 and pull the back ones over each other and just repeat that step all the way down.
07:29 This is my first time actually succeeding at this.
07:31 I'm telling you it takes a lot of patience with it and you have to be really careful
07:37 and take your time and don't stress yourself out.
07:40 It will come to you eventually.
07:42 Just keep trying at it.

07:48 Moving on to the outfit, I just picked this really simple outfit.
07:52 You're going to be in an air conditioned building so it's not going to be that hot.
07:56 So I just put some American Eagle jeans on and I rolled them up into a capris
08:01 and then I took this nice cheetah print, like multi-coloured cheetah print,
08:06 lacy feeling, not lacy but like a really nice thin feeling of a shirt
08:12 and it is longer in the back and shorter in the front which I like a lot.
08:19 And then after that, some shoes.
08:21 I am just wearing these shoes that my friend gave me.
08:25 I don't know what they're called.
08:26 I'll put it in the description down below for you guys.
