High School Makeup Tutorial

00:00 You guys are watching MyPeepFace where every Tuesday I make makeup tutorials.
00:06 So today I'm going to be showing you how to make a high school makeup tutorial because
00:11 I'm now heading into high school and I think it's time for a more mature makeup tutorial.
00:16 So I'm going to start off by taking a liquid foundation in the shade of nude, chair, and
00:23 it just looks like this and I'm going to start by applying it all over my face.
00:41 And then all over my neck, so it, just to blend the foundation.
00:49 And just to let you guys know, I am not a makeup guru, so if I'm doing something wrong,
00:55 that's okay because everybody just makes mistakes.
00:57 So I'm going to start by taking this concealer which is by Avon and I'm going to start by
01:02 applying it in all of my dark spots on my face.
01:05 And also some corrections I need to make.
01:14 And just highlight my face with this.
01:19 Then I'm going to take a sponge and I'm going to start by blending in the concealer.
01:38 Now to set everything in, I'm going to take my powder foundation and it's in the shade
01:43 of ivory, 505, and I'm going to take a foundation brush and start applying it all over my face
01:51 to set the liquid foundation and the concealer.
02:08 So now I'm going to take a eyeshadow primer and prime my eyes for eyeshadow.
02:18 And then just blend it in with your ring finger.
02:22 And I like to blend it up all the way to my brow bone.
02:29 So I'm going to take this e.l.f. blush and I'm not sure what shade it is in because it
02:34 doesn't say, but it just looks like this.
02:39 And I'm going to start by taking a cheek brush and start just applying it on the apples of
02:46 my cheeks.
02:52 And I like to put it on in a dabbing motion so it kind of appears a little bit more natural.
03:00 But I'm not sure how you guys do your blush, but this is how I do mine.
03:15 And at this point you can start contouring your face.
03:18 I don't have a bronzer so I'm not going to do that today.
03:22 So I have a eyeshadow beauty book and it's the first edition and it's by e.l.f.
03:28 And I'm going to take these two colors up here.
03:33 So I'm going to mix this one and this one together and apply it all over my lid.
03:42 This also can be perfect for middle school if you really want to go all out with eyeshadow.
03:54 But for middle school I would say just stick to like either eyeliner or mascara and then
03:59 foundation.
04:01 But for high school I think people can start wearing like eyeshadow.
04:05 So I'm going to take my eye crease brush and I'm going for a smoky eye look.
04:13 So I'm going to take this brown at the very end and I'm going to apply that in my crease
04:18 and start by here and then start blending it.
04:28 And since the brown kind of took up the base color, I'm going to apply the base color again,
04:35 but don't apply it fully up in the crease.
04:41 Just kind of brush it down towards the... by your eyelashes.
04:50 So at this point you can start by putting on your eyeliner, but I'm not going to put
04:58 that on camera because I tend to mess up and so I'm going to do it off camera.
05:04 And I'm not going to do a winged, I'm just going to go to the end of my eyelid.
05:09 The eyeliner pencil that I'm using is also by Avon and it's in the shade Blackest Night.
05:19 So now that I've put on my eyeliner, I'm going to put on the mascara.
05:23 And I didn't put the eyeliner on my waterline because it just tends to bug my eyes, but
05:27 when I put on the mascara it'll kind of look like I put it on my waterline a little bit
05:31 more.
05:32 So I'm using the Rocket Volume Maybelline mascara and I'm just going to apply that on
05:40 the top and bottom of my lashes.
05:42 So now that I've applied my mascara, you are done with the look.
05:46 You can either do your eyebrows, I don't have anything to do my brows so I won't be doing
05:52 that in this video, but you can do that whenever.
05:57 So I'm actually almost done, so I'm going to take this CoverGirl lipstick and it's $5.75
06:07 and it doesn't say what the name of it's called, but I'm going to apply that on my lips.
06:14 It's a lip stain.
06:20 It's a very natural kind of nudey pink and I think it's perfect for high school.
