High School Makeup Tutorial!

00:00 Hey guys, it's Marissa and today I'm doing a high school makeup tutorial and I just want
00:04 to do a quick little disclaimer and say that if you guys don't want to do all the steps
00:08 in the video, you don't have to, you can pick and choose what you want to do.
00:11 And this is just my personal opinion of what I would wear if I was in high school for my
00:17 everyday makeup.
00:18 So, yeah, let's just get right into the video.
00:21 So I already applied foundation and concealer so I'm just setting them with a translucent
00:25 powder like always.
00:32 Now I'm just taking a shimmery bronzer to warm up my complexion and contour my cheekbones
00:37 a little bit to give some more depth.
00:53 Just applying a light pink blush to the apples of my cheeks to add a little bit of color.
01:00 I'm just lightly filling in my eyebrows, not doing anything too dramatic and then I'm just
01:04 going to set it with a clear brow gel so my brows don't go all over the place.
01:22 So I am just taking a tan champagne-y color and putting it all over the lid.
01:51 Now I'm just taking this light taupe-y color that I actually use to fill in my eyebrows,
01:55 but I'm just taking it and putting it as a transition color in my crease just to add
02:00 a little bit of depth.
02:10 Now I'm just taking a brown and putting it in my crease again just to add a little bit
02:13 more depth and some shimmer to the eyes.
02:27 I'm just taking a matte cream highlight shade to highlight under my brow bone.
02:38 And I'm just taking a dark brown eyeshadow on a liner brush to line my upper lash line
02:43 and you can use a gel eyeliner or a liquid eyeliner, I just don't have one that I like
02:47 so I'm just using eyeshadow.
03:06 Then you can just apply your favorite mascara.
03:13 Now I'm just taking the Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me and just putting it on my lips
03:16 for a sheer wash of color.
