00:00 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:03 Hi, I'm Sophia Tilbury, and I'm a makeup artist.
00:17 So today, I'm going to use my Vintage Vamp Palette
00:20 to create my signature smoky eye.
00:22 So I'm going to start with using the Prime Shade.
00:24 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:26 I'm going to use the Prime Shade all over the lid,
00:29 like a windscreen wiper, up to the brow.
00:31 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:34 So I'm just going to do the same thing on the other eye.
00:43 So now I'm going to use the Enhance Shade.
00:47 And I'm going to use it into the socket on the outer corner.
00:51 So now I'm pulling out the Enhance Shade
00:57 into a triangle shape.
00:59 [MUSIC PLAYING]
01:02 Now I'm just going to do the same thing on the other eye.
01:05 These palettes are so easy to use and so easy to blend.
01:15 Sometimes I just use my fingers just to blend it on the sides
01:19 so there's not too much of a harsh line.
01:21 Make sure that you take a good look to make sure
01:24 that it's even on both eyes.
01:26 [MUSIC PLAYING]
01:28 So now I'm going to use my smudger
01:31 brush with the Enhance Shade.
01:35 I'm just going to start by using it on the outer corner,
01:38 dragging it into the inner corner of the eye.
01:41 I just like to use a little bit underneath the eye.
01:49 I'm just going to replicate it on the other eye.
01:51 [MUSIC PLAYING]
01:55 So now I'm going to use the Smoke Shade.
01:57 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:01 So I'm just going to do the same thing
02:08 that I did with the Enhance Shade,
02:10 blending it into the socket.
02:11 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:15 You can even put it on top of the lid a little bit.
02:21 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:25 I would wear this look if I was out at a party.
02:28 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:31 It usually takes me about--
02:35 I'd say about half an hour.
02:37 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:40 OK, so now I'm going to use the Smoke Shade
02:45 with my Smudge Brush.
02:46 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:51 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:54 So now I'm going to use my Rock and Coat Eyeliner
03:04 in Barbarella Brown.
03:05 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:07 I'm going to start in the inner corner of the eye,
03:10 against the lash line.
03:12 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:15 So now I'm going to start by doing the feline flick.
03:18 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:19 I'm going to start by drawing a dot of where I want it to end
03:24 and drawing almost a triangle connecting it.
03:29 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:32 So now I'm going to do the same thing
03:34 with the other side of the eye.
03:35 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:39 And drawing almost a triangle connecting it.
03:44 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:46 As I've got small eyes, I like to accentuate
03:49 the flick a little bit more.
03:51 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:54 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:57 I'm going to start by using the liner inside the eye.
04:14 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:17 I'm just lining the inside of my waterline.
04:23 It just gives your eyes and your lashes more definition.
04:26 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:29 So now I'm going to start by using my full fat lashes.
04:36 It's my absolutely favorite mascara.
04:39 So I'm using the tip of my mascara brush
04:41 to really get into my lashes to make
04:43 them appear almost thicker.
04:45 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:49 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:52 So now I'm going to do my lower lashes.
05:04 I'm going to do them by holding my brush up like this.
05:07 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:10 I'm just using the tapered end of the brush
05:13 just to get the small little lashes.
05:15 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:19 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:22 Finally, I'm going to use my prime shade
05:31 with my smudger brush in the inner corner of my eye
05:37 just to highlight.
05:38 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:41 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:44 So there you have it, the vintage vamp smokey eye look.
05:54 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:57 [MUSIC PLAYING]
