CASUAL GLITTER MAKEUP TUTORIAL IPSY GLAM BAG NOVEMBER 2014

00:00 Hi guys, today's look is going to be featuring my Ipsy Glam Bang.
00:06 So starting off with a freshly washed face, I use the CRX Microdermabrasion Face Scrub.
00:11 And then going in with the CRX Facial Moisturizer, you know how I am about skincare.
00:16 A well prepped face and then you're going to have beautiful makeup.
00:19 So rubbing that all over my skin.
00:24 For my under eyes, I am taking the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer.
00:28 This is a long lasting concealer.
00:30 It is in the shade Natural Medium, so I'm focusing that specifically on my dark circles.
00:34 This is going to color correct my circles underneath there.
00:37 So you can see I'm just like specifically placing it there and then blending it in.
00:41 This is going to counteract any darkness that I have underneath there.
00:45 It's also going to prep underneath my eyes for my concealer because this does not crease.
00:50 For my foundation, I'm using a pretty full coverage just because I want a flawless finish.
00:57 I added just a wee bit of concealer, blended that in, and then I never forget the step
01:01 of powdering.
01:02 So I'm powdering all over my face to set my makeup.
01:05 For my eyes, I'm starting off with a white cream base.
01:07 This is going to prep for the glitter I'm going to be placing on my eyes after.
01:11 And then in my crease, I'm using a like medium brown shade.
01:14 I'm just wiping that back and forth in a wiper motion with different brushes, a fluffy brush
01:19 right now.
01:20 And I'm just building up the color.
01:22 And then I'm going to start packing on my glitter.
01:24 And because I used a cream, the glitter is just going to stick to that cream.
01:28 And so I don't need to glue it on at all.
01:30 And then I'm just going to go back in and blend.
01:38 I've been loving doing this little flick underneath my bottom lash line for like two months now.
01:43 So I'm just doing that and then I'm also blending that line with that same brown color that
01:47 I put in my crease, but just a little bit heavier underneath there.
01:52 I also filled in that inner corner with a little bit more glitter.
01:56 For my bronzer/contour, I used my favorite one and my favorite brush, just giving a little
02:01 bit of life to my face and a little bit of color.
02:03 We are in the winter months now, so I don't get much sun.
02:06 I don't get much sun anyway, but now I really don't get any sun.
02:09 And then I'm adding a sort of corally pink blush just to bring a little bit of life to
02:13 my face.
02:15 For my eyeliner, I'm using the Elizabeth Mott You're So Fine eyeliner.
02:19 This is a glitter eyeliner and I was so excited when I pulled this out of my bag.
02:23 I'm going to be doing a winged eyeliner and it is actually in the shade Glitterati.
02:27 It is a waterproof eyeliner and it has a really thin, fine tip, which is awesome for precision
02:32 and symmetry.
02:37 I popped a little bit of gel eyeliner in my waterline and started blending that out just
02:42 to give my eye a little bit more of a sultry, smoky look.
02:46 At the moment, I do have upper lash extension, so I'm just placing a little bit of mascara
02:51 on my bottom lash line.
02:52 And for my lips, I'm going in with this nice mauve, mauve, rose-toned color.
02:57 I think this is really nice for the holidays.
02:59 It's not red like a typical holiday.
03:01 I just think this is really romantic.
03:04 The lip product I applied is very matte, so what I'm actually going to be doing is taking
03:08 the Elizabeth Arden 8-Hour Cream.
03:10 There are so many uses for this cream, but I'm going to show you what I love doing.
03:14 I love keeping this in my kit with me because I just place it on my finger, warm it up,
03:18 and place it on my lip, and then it gives my lip a glossy look.
03:22 See that?
03:23 It's just like the perfect gloss without looking heavy.
03:24 So that's all I'm doing.
03:25 This thing is really moisturizing.
03:27 There's so many uses for it, like I said.
03:29 And it's fragrance-free, so you're not going to taste it.
03:32 So yeah, you can put this on your lips, your cuticles, anywhere.
03:34 I love it.
03:35 So many uses for it.
03:37 And lastly, in my glam bag this month, I do have the Pixie Dust Roll-On Perfume.
03:43 This is by Demeter, and this is supposed to actually evoke happiness, and in these winter
03:47 months I need a little bit of happiness.
03:50 So that was my finished look for my December - oh, no, it's November - my November glam
