Manchester's historic Albert Hall is a Grade II listed building in the city centre primarily used as a music venue.

Originally built in 1908 and used as a Methodist central hall, it was renovated 10 years ago for music concerts and is now a popular place for live shows and Bongo’s Bingo.

Albert Hall is one of Manchester's most quirky venues, and its history as a church has given it some unique features, such as a secret viewing gallery.

Below the music hall, the ground floor of the building is taken up by the city's famous restaurant/nightclub Albert's Schloss which opened in 2015.

We headed down to take a tour and find out if there are any secrets to this interesting venue which has really stood the test of time.
