An elevated section of Interstate 95 collapsed early Sunday in Philadelphia after a tanker truck carrying a petroleum product caught fire, closing a heavily traveled segment of the East Coast’s main north-south highway indefinitely, authorities said.

00:24 plan for alternative routes of travel.
00:26 In addition to road closures, we expect delays of trash collection and
00:29 set the bus routes in the area.
00:31 We are not aware of any injuries or fatalities at this time, but
00:34 we understand the situation remains fluid.
