00:00 Hey everyone welcome back to my video today I filmed this look, this is more of a get
00:28 ready with me video because I'm not like talking throughout the video I'm just gonna do like
00:34 a voiceover or whatever but this is the look that I posted on my Instagram and I asked
00:39 if you guys wanted to see it so here it is here this is just basically kind of a look
00:45 I go for if I'm going out and you know at night time we're in here and going to an event
00:50 it's just a quite simple smokey eye actually it might look a bit complicated but it's actually
00:54 really simple and then you know just that contour, foundation, concealer all that jazz
01:03 oh one more thing I'm sorry that I haven't uploaded in a while maybe it has been a while
01:11 but I split my head open I don't know if you can see the scar up there but you'll definitely
01:17 see it once I take off my makeup so yeah that's why I haven't been filming but it's okay now
01:25 I couldn't wear any makeup but now I can because obviously it's a scar now so yeah if you want
01:30 to see how I got this look then just please keep watching.
01:36 Hey to begin this look I'm going to take the L'Oreal Magic Lumi Primer and I'm going to
01:40 rub this all over my face just to act as a base before we put the foundation on.
01:47 Next I'm going to take MAC's Fix Plus and I'm going to spray this on my face and then
01:52 once all that dries in you're going to move on to foundation I'm using the Maybelline
01:56 Fit Me foundation and a damp beauty blender to blend that out I have it in the shade 220
02:04 and this is easily my favourite drugstore foundation I'm so happy I finally found you
02:11 know my favourite drugstore foundation and this is definitely it.
02:15 It is very comparable in my opinion to the Makeup Forever HD foundation and once you
02:21 blend that out you're going to take the BH Cosmetics concealer palette and these two
02:25 colours on a small stippling brush and kind of just I'm just kind of warming up the face
02:31 I'm not really contouring so I'm not being as precise just warming up the face and where
02:36 I'm going to contour later.
02:41 Next I'm going to take MAC's Pro Longwear concealer and I'm going to apply that in a
02:45 triangular kind of shape underneath my eyes, down the bridge of my nose, on my forehead,
02:50 a bit of my cupid's bow on my chin and then I'm going to apply a bit on my eyelids just
02:54 to prime them and then blending it out with a damp beauty blender as well.
03:05 Next I'm going to take MAC's Prep and Prime in Light Boost and I'm going to apply this
03:10 over where we put the concealer beforehand just to highlight even more because you know
03:15 I'm all about that highlight.
03:17 I'm blending that out with a beauty blender as well and then I'm going to take the Anastasia
03:22 Beverly Hills contour kit and I'm going to take the banana colour on this tapered highlighting
03:27 brush from Zoeva and apply that underneath my eyes, down the bridge of my nose, on my
03:32 forehead, my cupid's bow, chin, you know all the places that we highlighted basically and
03:37 then I'm taking a stippling brush and I'm going to set the rest of my face with the
03:41 Bourjois Healthy Balance powder and then taking the contour kit again, I'm taking these two
03:47 colours here and I'm going to contour my face.
03:50 I'm using this brush from Zoeva which is perfect for contouring.
04:00 Then I'm taking a stippling brush and I'm contouring the rest of my face, you know the
04:08 outer parts of my face and blending out that contour as well and contouring my nose.
04:12 Then I'm taking this baked bronzer from Makeup Revolution I believe and I'm just bronzing
04:17 up my face a bit.
04:19 Then I'm taking this highlighter from Fuchsia, I believe it's called Golden Glow and I'm just
04:23 highlighting my face and then I'm taking this blush also from Fuchsia and just applying
04:32 this to the apples of my cheeks.
04:35 Then I'm going to blend all that out with a large stippling brush.
04:38 Then I'm taking this Sleek Et Naturelle palette and I'm taking this peach colour and we're
04:43 going to use this as our transition shade and I've applied tape to the outer corners
04:47 of our eyes just to give us a really precise line, you'll see it at the end.
04:52 So blend that colour right out to meet the tape and then I'm going to be taking this
04:55 dark brown colour and this tapered kind of blending brush and I'm applying that directly
05:01 in the crease and bringing that out to meet the solid tape as well.
05:10 Make sure to bring it out in a V right out of that solid tape.
05:16 And next I'm taking the big blending brush we started out with and blending that out
05:19 as well.
05:20 Then I'm taking this flat brush in this colour here and I'm going to apply this all over
05:24 our lid.
05:28 Make sure to just really pack on this colour.
05:36 And then I'm blending that out.
05:38 Then I'm taking this more skinnier, flatter blending brush in this black shade and I'm
05:45 applying that right in the outer V of our eye, bringing it right out to meet that solid
05:50 tape again.
05:53 And then I'm taking this white shimmery shade, this is from Fuchsia Makeup.
05:59 I'm not sure of the name of the colour but it's just basically a really white shimmery
06:03 colour.
06:04 Then I'm also taking this golden glow highlighter from Fuchsia that we used to highlight our
06:07 face just to intensify that inner corner highlight a bit more.
06:12 And then I'm taking the Barry M gel eyeliner even and I'm just going to draw my wing.
06:20 Keep this solid tape on for this part because it really does actually help with your liner
06:25 and it will keep that line in the outer part of your eye really straight and crisp.
06:33 Then when you've finished both wings you can remove your solid tape and make a weird face
06:37 like I do.
06:38 And then you have that really precise, sharp line.
06:41 And then if the solid tape took off any makeup you can just go and touch that up.
06:46 And then I'm taking the blending brush we started out with and the transition shade
06:50 we used and just applying that under the lower lash line.
06:53 And then I'm taking that tapered blending brush and that brown shade and also applying
06:58 that underneath.
06:59 Basically we're just going to apply every single colour we applied to the top to the
07:03 bottom because next we're going to be taking this flat brush and the colour we applied
07:07 to the lid and also applying that underneath our eye.
07:12 And then the black colour as well and just lightly blending that right on the outer part
07:16 of our lower lash line and then blending all those colours out.
07:20 And then I just went over the highlight and then also applied a bit to my lid and then
07:24 I'm lining my eyes with this brown kohl pencil from Collection.
07:31 And then I'm applying a coat of mascara.
07:40 Then I'm taking these Eyelure eyelashes, these are number 117 and I've applied those and
07:45 done my eyebrows off camera to save some time and now I'm coating my lower lash line in
07:49 mascara and then making a face.
07:52 Then I'm taking Spice lip liner by MAC and lining the outer parts of our lips.
08:01 What I'm going to do now is I'm going to fill in the outer parts of my lip just to kind
08:06 of create an ombre effect and I'm applying this lip gloss from Rimmel and a bit of concealer
08:12 just to create that ombre effect even more.
08:16 And then once you've done that this look is complete.
08:19 Thank you so much for watching and please don't forget to subscribe.
