00:15 We are going to be doing a 4th of July video.
00:18 The video is going to be outfits, hair, makeup, and snack ideas.
00:23 I hope you guys enjoy this video, but before we get into it, I just want to apologize for
00:29 last week's video being so late.
00:32 There was a processing problem with YouTube and it took me like 7 tries to finally get
00:36 it to process and I'm so sorry guys.
00:38 So now that we got that out of the way, let's just hop right into this video.
00:43 First you just want to start with your hair down and plain and regular and all that stuff.
00:51 Then you want to side part your hair and front braid it.
00:55 Only a little piece of it though and then just spray in some hairspray.
01:00 I used this hairspray by Macadamia.
01:05 Next you just want to put your hair in a low ponytail.
01:15 Now you just want to put your hair in a low bun from the ponytail.
01:24 The final step to help this stay in place is just to add some hairspray.
01:30 This 4th of July makeup look is super easy and simple.
01:33 First you just want to start out with regular makeup, your daily makeup.
01:37 Then you just want to add some silver eyeliner on top of your eyes as regular eyeliner then
01:44 down below on your waterline and your outer corner.
01:47 The next step is just to take some red lipstick and put it on your lips.
01:51 I used Elizabeth Grady Pomegranate.
01:59 Moving on to the outfits, I got this shirt from Target and I thought it was perfect for
02:03 this video.
02:06 These shorts are from Abercrombie and I think they're really cool and festive and perfect
02:11 for the casual look on 4th of July.
02:15 These shoes are blue Birkenstocks and I love these things.
02:18 They're so comfortable and I am obsessed with them.
02:26 This second outfit is definitely more on the dressier side of things for the 4th of July.
02:35 This dress I got from Abercrombie for $20.
02:38 It was originally $50 and I got it for $20 which is such a good deal and I'm obsessed
02:43 with the dress.
02:44 I think it's so cute.
02:46 These shoes I got from Marshalls for not exactly how much but I think they're super cute.
02:51 Next outfit is actually Grace's outfit but I thought it was so cute and she was helping
02:55 me film so I really wanted to show it.
03:02 These shorts I think she got from Hollister and they were only $15 which I'm amazed.
03:07 They're so cute.
03:13 This last outfit is again on the dressier side of things.
03:17 I got this lace romper from Marshalls for only $10.
03:20 It looks like it would be much more expensive but it wasn't and I'm loving this romper.
03:25 It is so comfortable and so adorable.
03:28 These red toms I got from Nordstroms and don't mind my dancing by the way.
03:32 And of course we had to get ice cream from the ice cream truck.
03:36 I got a bomb pop because it was National Bomb Pop Day a couple days ago and yeah.
03:41 What you're going to need for this first snack is blue and red Gatorade ice cube trays and
03:46 some water.
03:47 What you're going to want to do is pour your red and blue Gatorade into your ice cube trays.
03:51 Let them freeze overnight until they're completely frozen.
03:54 Then put them in your water and it tastes delicious.
03:57 Me and Grace both loved it and both thought it tasted like flavored water but homemade
04:01 and it was delicious.
04:02 Next snack idea is so simple.
04:19 All you're going to need is ice cream sandwiches, red and blue sprinkles and a pick.
04:24 First you want to cut your ice cream sandwiches in half.
04:27 Then you're going to want to take one half of your ice cream sandwich and dip it into
04:33 your sprinkles like this.
04:36 They taste so good and I love them so much.
04:39 It's probably one of my favorite desserts out of this whole video.
04:42 For this last snack you're going to need melting wafers, red and blue food coloring
05:06 and a rice krispie treat.
05:07 What you want to do is melt your food coloring or not your food coloring, melt your wafers
05:12 as directed on your package.
05:14 Then separate them into three equal bowls.
05:17 Then you want to go ahead and take your food coloring, dye one bowl of the food coloring
05:22 red, another blue and then mix them up really well.
05:39 After you have done that you want to take your rice krispie treat and dip it halfway
05:43 into whichever color you like.
05:45 Then go ahead in with some other colors and make some fun designs and it tastes really
05:50 good and me and Grace both love them and so do my brother.
05:54 I hope you guys enjoyed that video and I hope you're going to be using some of these ideas
05:59 for your For the Dry parties and events.
06:02 Before I go make sure to like this video, comment what you want to see next week and
06:08 what you thought of this video and of course if you're not already make sure to subscribe.
