Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari addressed a press conference on June 27 in the National Capital.
Gadkari said that earlier when BJP came into power the road network stood at 91,287 km, whereas now it stands at 1,45,240 km witnessing 59 per cent increase.
“Earlier, when our government came into power, the road network stood at 91,287 km and now there has been a 59 pc increase in this. Road network now stands at 1,45,240 km,” Gadkari noted.
