00:00 All right, we got Cowboy and we got Cowboy Legend.
00:04 We got Emmitt Smith.
00:06 I'm Bryce Butler with Sports Illustrated.
00:08 Let's go into football a little bit.
00:10 You know, in today's game, the money is kind of going
00:15 to the outside of the game.
00:16 >> Yeah.
00:18 >> You know, which is totally different from when you play.
00:19 >> Right.
00:20 >> How does that like, when you're watching it,
00:22 how does that make you feel that guys like Saquon Barkley,
00:26 or you know, Ezekiel Elliott before he got paid
00:28 with Dallas are having troubles to get that check?
00:32 >> It bugs me.
00:33 >> Yeah.
00:33 >> Completely.
00:34 The game is really gearing towards fandom, you know,
00:41 and excitement.
00:42 It's not really the game any longer.
00:44 >> Yeah.
00:45 >> It's not about, I mean, even though you're playing X's
00:48 and O's in which people get confused about, but it's really
00:52 about high scoring, high statistics, fan duels,
00:58 and all the other fantasy football lovers.
01:03 >> Right. But at the end of the day, the thing that's weird
01:05 to me is like, if you want to be successful in the league,
01:08 you got to be able to run the ball.
01:10 >> Well, to me, I think you do.
01:12 >> Right.
01:13 >> But somehow or another, I mean,
01:16 it's all about what you're seeing on Madden.
01:18 >> Yeah.
01:19 >> All the kids are playing Madden.
01:21 All the adults are playing Madden.
01:23 >> Right.
01:23 >> Even the college kids are playing Madden.
01:25 >> Yeah.
01:26 >> So, and in Madden, you throw the ball almost 90% of the time.
01:29 >> Right.
01:30 >> So, they're taking the stats what they're getting from Madden
01:34 and other games and applying it to real life.
01:38 So, AI, if you want to call it.
01:40 >> Yeah.
01:41 >> You're going to see a lot of things come
01:42 from AI that's predictable.
01:45 >> Yeah.
01:46 >> And the non-predictable things
01:48 or the unpredictable things is what the running game brings
01:51 to the table.
01:52 >> Yeah.
01:52 >> Which is stability.
01:53 >> Yeah.
01:54 >> Foundation.
01:55 >> Right.
01:56 Time of possession.
01:57 >> Time of possession.
01:58 >> Yeah.
01:59 >> Confidence.
01:59 >> Yeah.
02:00 >> And courage.
02:01 >> Yeah.
02:02 >> When the quarterback is not playing well,
02:03 they lean on a running game.
02:04 >> Yeah.
02:04 >> Yeah.
