00:18 Hi, Kyle T. Mosley of HBCU Legends.
00:25 Let's talk about some groundbreaking deals that have been happening across the HBCU scene
00:30 as well as with black media companies.
00:34 So let's talk about the first one.
00:37 We broke the news a couple of days ago that Urban Edge Network, which owns HBCU Plus,
00:45 will now be the streaming content provider for, get this, an NBA G League team.
00:54 The G League team we're speaking about is called the Texas Legends.
00:59 So they formed a partnership with Urban Edge Network, which the CEO, Todd Brown, runs.
01:08 These guys have a new technology that's going to deliver some customized user experiences
01:15 for the people who are part of the streaming networks platform and the package that they
01:21 will be offering.
01:23 So this is great news because now you have a black-owned network that has gone from the
01:31 college ranks now into the professional ranks.
01:35 Now let's talk about what's happening with Byron Allen's HBCU Go app.
01:41 Allen Media Group, who owns HBCU Go, just signed the final contract with SIAC.
01:50 They will be able to televise five of their games this season.
01:54 So now HBCU Go has the SWAC, MEAC, CIAA, as well as the SIAC.
02:04 Now let's talk about this as well.
02:07 Group Black.
02:08 A lot of people don't know these guys, but you should.
02:12 They are in talks with the Arena Group, which is the publisher of, get this, Sports Illustrated.
02:21 Part of my family.
