00:00 What is the impact of the incident on the security of the people of Pakistan?
00:05 There is a very big conspiracy behind the people who have been arrested.
00:09 There is a huge support of international terrorist organizations.
00:13 The way the walkie-talkies and explosives have been found,
00:21 it is a very, very dangerous trend.
00:24 And it is very clear that they wanted to do a serial bomb explosions in the city like Bangalore.
00:31 Bangalore is a fast-growing economy and pride of our country.
00:36 Therefore, terrorists have made this as a target to upset, destroy the economy and peace in this Bangalore.
00:49 CCP has done a good job, but however, it is not enough.
00:54 This has got a very deep conspiracy. We have to go behind that.
00:59 I think this is a fit case to be handed over to the NIA.
01:03 And they should go into the depth of it.
01:06 And the general law and order situation in Bangalore in the state,
01:11 and regarding crime, control of crime, this government has utterly failed.
01:19 In controlling law and order, they have failed.
01:22 They are clueless. Everywhere it is happening, everywhere in the state.
01:26 The senior officers of police have really become clueless.
01:36 And there is no perfect direction by them.
01:39 And most of them are still involved in getting their postings done, transfers done.
01:45 They are busy in their transfers.
01:47 Therefore, there is nobody to take care of law and order and control of crime.
01:52 Hence, I urge that the government should act immediately and take this as seriously.
01:57 And see that many more such cells are there.
02:02 Not only sleeping cells, active cells are also there.
02:05 They should be brought to book and see that they are punished with the heavy punishment.
02:14 They should be controlled.
