00:39 So fortunately for me, I mean I've just renewed my tenancy because I also found a bit difficulty

00:45 in moving out so without any choice I stayed in and also for my comfortability but I know

00:51 people who are really, really, really having a difficult time for moving out and finding

00:57 a new place to settle in.

01:00 I viewed a lot of properties in Morley but I didn't get, you know, last six months it's
