00:11ladder and never enough never enough affordable stuff.

00:14My niece is trying to buy now and she's saving and saving and she's paying a

00:18massive rent just finished university and stuff and she's got a lot of you

00:23know fees to pay back and stuff and all the debts and stuff so it's really hard

00:28for her but she's paying a lot of rent as well so that's wasted money in my

00:31eyes. I'm a uni student I'm gonna come out of uni with a load of debt and like we

00:37don't just have money lying around so I probably if I do it will probably be

00:41when I'm like 40 so yeah. It's the expense of it and people having to save

00:46money and paying rent while they're saving and stuff you know and obviously

00:51people are probably already paying rent and they're looking to buy but can't do

00:56because it's too expensive and all the interest rates on stuff now as well.
