00:06 What's it all about?
00:07 Okay, so basically I decided to give school leavers an opportunity of basically where they can literally expand their styles, their assets and learn along the way.
00:17 My overall aim is obviously they're starting with me now.
00:22 I took them on two weeks ago.
00:24 We've been hitting out at festivals.
00:26 And basically just learning the whole salon history, the process of how to grow basically.
00:33 So they started off handing out leaflets.
00:35 They've had some in-house training as well.
00:39 And we've been out doing festivals.
00:41 We're now offering so much more than what we was originally.
00:45 And then eventually they're all going off to college.
00:49 And then when they're needing apprenticeships, I'm able to take them on with that as well.
00:54 Terri walked right on cue.
00:56 They walked out at the right time for me.
00:58 So what was the reason behind the move?
01:01 So the reason behind the move, basically, one, I was growing so rapidly.
01:06 I was literally fully booked back to back.
01:08 And I just found with a bigger team, I'm able to do so, so much more as well as give the opportunity to other beauticians, hairdressers and people who want to specialise in the same stuff as I do.
