00:27 facilitated the withdrawal of a billion pesos for the acquisition of ill-gotten properties

00:33 by their cronies. The original pleading was dismissed in 2019 after which the PCGG filed

00:40 a motion in June 2020 for the reconsideration on the anti-graft court's decision. The Supreme

00:46 Court junked the pleading in March this year over the lack of evidence.
