00:00 First of all, World Win time, how have the last couple of weeks been for you as the manager
00:11 of Valdez Football Club?
00:13 World wins, I think the expression, quite surreal when we were flying here, John said
00:22 to me, it's strange, we were in Las Vegas taking a game and then we were flying to Valdez to
00:29 take a new job. It wasn't something I necessarily expected but once it moved quick I knew that
00:35 it was the right decision for me and my family and just the next step in my career and just
00:42 a great opportunity.
00:43 I was going to ask about that, so it hadn't really been a plan to come back to football
00:49 in England until the offer came?
00:51 I think I'm always ambitious about improving and I think I've been able to do that for
00:59 the last five years at Tampa but then you're getting to a point where again the promotion
01:05 part of it does restrict you and while I still felt that there was lots to achieve, it was
01:11 a fantastic job, I think I did start thinking that it would be great to get a different
01:17 challenge but finding the right one is really difficult and being considered the right person
01:25 as well can be difficult. So after a couple of conversations I was very excited and as
01:31 I say it moved really quickly but I think that was for the best for everyone. I'm just
01:37 so, so, so delighted to be here and I think the fact that it's back in Yorkshire as well
01:42 was a key part of that decision and the kind of type of football club it was as well was
01:47 a key part of that decision.
