00:13 the processes for production, transformation, commercialization and consumption of foods
00:18 based on the indigenous capacity of its territory was evaluated.
00:23 The legislators have emphasized that the law is of utmost importance for the countries
00:28 since it refers to a fundamental issue such as food.
00:31 The Deputy Prime Minister, Judge Luis Zabia, assured that the regulation corresponds to
00:36 what is established in the current constitution and its correct implementation since it guarantees
00:41 the food of the Cuban people.
00:48 From the first years of the revolution, we have passed laws and programs to guarantee
00:52 the food for our people.
00:53 Now the focus is on what we have to do to fulfill each of these programs.
00:57 We have also approved the guidelines of the economic and social policy of the Party of
01:01 the Revolution, which also outlines concrete objectives.
01:05 We have the economic strategy until 2030.
01:08 We approved 63 measures to dynamize and remove obstacles in the agricultural sector.
01:13 And recently, we presented to the Political Bureau a group of factions with certain incentives
01:18 to attend in a differentiated manner by the Central State Administration Agency, the provincial
01:23 and municipal governments, the agricultural communities and the Turquino Plan.
01:31 In addition, Jorge Luis Zabia detailed that there are also factors that influence its

01:39 There are 16 agencies of the Central State Administration that have specific responsibilities
01:45 in the implementation of the law.
01:48 If we don't see beyond the Ministry of Agriculture and local governments, we do not understand
01:52 the concept of the law.
01:54 Each of them, from training, education, eating habits, food quality, are important for the
01:59 future.
02:00 Several colleagues will have to see how they are complying with these guidelines approved
