Contrairement aux années précédentes, le prix du Super-Combatif du Tour de France n'était pas évident à attribuer sur cette 110e édition. En compétition avec Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates), Julian Alaphilippe (Soudal Quick-Step), Thibaut Pinot (Groupama-FDJ), Krists Neilands (Israel-Premier Tech), Ben O'Connor (AG2R Citroën), Georg Zimmermann (Intermarché-Circus-Wanty), Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek) et Mathieu Burgaudeau (TotalEnergies), c'est finalement Victor Campenaerts (Lotto Dstny) qui a remporté ce prix.
