00:05 It's great because it gives all our industry, hair, beauty and barbering an opportunity
00:11 to learn what to look for and how to help our clients.
00:14 So we can look in spots, in places that no one else gets to see
00:19 and be able to give clients a bit of a heads up if they need to go and see a GP
00:24 or go for further investigation.
00:26 And we've heard from a couple of hairdressers today that they've actually had clients that they have referred to a GP
00:34 and have had some success stories out of that.
00:36 Absolutely. One client in particular avoided having a level 2.
00:41 So that's incredible, to be able to help someone that didn't even know there was anything wrong.
