00:00 The day you have the slightest proof that I, Charles Bleugoudé,
00:04 am financed by the power of Abidjan, I will leave the political scene.
00:07 Regarding the upcoming elections, we ask the young people,
00:15 women and in general the Ivorian population,
00:20 to ensure that these upcoming elections are without violence.
00:24 The Ivory Coast does not need it.
00:26 We ask the candidates to send a message
00:31 that is responsible for their support,
00:35 so as not to be thrown into a well-deserved defeat.
00:40 At the CEI, we should not give the impression
00:45 that candidates are already sure to win,
00:49 not because they have a good project.
00:51 Some people say that to the population.
00:53 If you want to vote, don't vote for me, but in the end, I will win.
00:57 What does that mean?
00:59 It means that someone is sure to win,
01:01 that he is sure to win because of his project,
01:04 that he is not sure to win because he is in complicity with the commission that organises it.
01:08 We start our campaign in the Grands Ponts from 10 August.
01:13 After the Grands Ponts, I go to the Hauts-Sainte-Andra.
01:17 On 9 August, I make my first entry to the north of the Ivory Coast,
01:21 through the door of Cani.
01:23 It is the deputy Ben Meïté,
01:26 lawyer for the state of Ivory Coast,
01:29 who was sent to the EC to say,
01:34 "This guy, let's put him here."
01:40 But it was not the individual who was there,
01:43 it was a lawyer from a state who was in the process of his functions.
01:47 I do not confuse things.
01:49 Today, he is the one who welcomes me
01:52 on the days I arrive in Cani, at his home, with his parents.
01:56 I think that the Ivory Coast needs to be appeased.
01:59 When a country is at war,
02:01 it needs a warrior, a brave man,
02:05 who can reassure it.
02:07 But when a country, on the contrary, comes out of a trauma,
02:10 it needs leaders who can console this people,
02:13 who can appease this people.
02:16 I think that the Ivory Coast needs a leader who is brave,
02:20 who can face the anger of his supporters,
02:23 to tell them clearly what the country needs.
02:27 This is my point of view, and this is what I am doing.
02:30 Unfortunately, in our country, there are political parties
02:33 who think that the life of the Ivorians is limited within their seats.
02:36 When you don't think like them, then you are a sellout.
02:40 So, since he is not with us, he has the power.
02:43 But I am not with you, I am with myself.
02:46 Free us, at the end.
02:48 Today's world is run by people who are in their thirties,
02:53 who are in their forties.
02:56 But at 51 years old, in the Ivory Coast, we find ourselves in a hurry.
03:00 The day I have the slightest proof that I, Charles Bleboudé,
03:04 am financed by the power of Abidjan, I leave the political scene.
03:08 There are honest people in this country.
03:10 There are honest people in this country.
03:13 And I intend to be one of them.
03:16 I fight every day to be honest, to be myself,
03:19 so as not to disappoint my generation.
03:21 No, the corrupt must be found elsewhere.
03:24 And since I am one of the leaders of the Ivory Coast of tomorrow,
03:27 we are preparing a peaceful Ivory Coast, where we can talk to each other.
