00:03 I think the first and foremost, in order
00:16 to build a great culture, is to develop trust.
00:19 So the trust is two ways.
00:21 It's my trust as the CEO and the people who work with me,
00:25 and their trust in me.
00:27 The second is communication.
00:29 So trust is the first, but trust is also
00:32 built by the second way, which is,
00:33 how often do we communicate with each other,
00:36 which is the management and the employees of the company.
00:39 I think the third is to show that we care.
00:42 So camaraderie is a very, very important part
00:45 of building a great culture.
00:48 The fourth is to develop, to have a sense of meaning
00:52 in the business, which is that your business is not
00:56 just for profits, so a higher purpose.
00:59 A higher purpose helps align every single person
01:02 who works in the company.
01:04 And the last, I think, and the most important is--
01:08 equally important is to give opportunity.
01:12 So opportunity within the system or outside the system,
01:15 every employee should feel that his or her future
01:20 is secure in the system.
