14:13 And Miss Yu, I'd now like to request you to please share your thoughts this evening.
14:18 Yes.
14:19 I don't know what to say but good evening everybody.
14:29 It's a privilege to stand here, standing here to give the award.
14:37 I can't, I am not very educated like all the people over here
14:41 that's speaking very good English.
14:44 So, should I speak in Hindi?
14:46 Yes, of course.
14:48 When I was young, I couldn't speak English at all.
14:54 And I have been speaking in Hindi since I was born.
14:58 And I haven't studied Hindi either.
15:00 I have been speaking the way I have learned it.
15:05 But after I grew up, I went to an English school and learned a little English.
15:16 And now I can speak English, not so much, not very highly educated.
15:21 I just passed my metric.
15:24 That was in a very difficult way.
15:28 A very difficult way.
15:31 When I was young, only seven years old, I was taken to Rajasthan
15:36 because of the Indo-China border war.
15:39 Because I'm a Chinese, even though I was born and brought up here,
15:43 I was taken to Rajasthan.
15:45 I was there for five and a half years without education.
15:49 After releasing from there, I started going to an English medium school for three years.
15:55 In three years, I really worked very hard to achieve my study.
16:01 It means I finished my study within three years from standard seven to ten.
16:06 I have that energy to go for study, and I don't have a basic,
16:13 but I just muck everything out from there.
16:16 Whatever I can do, I'm doing that only.
16:18 It's quite difficult for me.
16:20 And today I'm here, I can speak English.
16:24 I should also thank my parents,
16:26 because at that time it was not possible for my parents to give me 13 rupees for one month's fees.
16:34 I was studying at St. Joseph's Convent in Shillong.
16:40 So I feel so proud today that I have given an award to some Northeast people here.
16:46 Thank you very much, and I love you, all of you.
16:50 I would also like to return from Shah Rukh.
16:57 I love you, all of you.
16:59 And we love you too.
17:04 And ladies and gentlemen, we've been joined by our Outlook Women of Word 2019.
17:11 Please welcome her with a warm round of applause.
17:19 Can we please have the award on the backdrop?
17:21 There we go.
17:39 Once again, ladies and gentlemen, let's put our hands together for Miss Monisha Bell.
17:48 [Applause]
17:50 Just a minute, because dinner is, I think, served.
17:57 Everybody's hungry.
17:58 I only want to say, Northeast is very far away,
18:02 and I think Payal is one person who's been to Mizoram.
18:05 I would request Outlook, I would request the corporates,
18:09 and I would request the achievers, Payal, Malavika, etc.,
18:15 to get into northeastnetwork.org and see what kind of work we do,
18:21 and maybe we can all collaborate for a better future for the women of Northeast.
18:28 Thank you.
18:29 Noted, ma'am. Thank you very much, and many congratulations to you.
18:34 And thank you very much, Miss. Ray, thank you.
18:41 Mr. Roy and Mr. Bansal, thank you very much for doing the honors as well.
18:45 Ladies and gentlemen, can we have a huge round of applause?

18:52 I'm going to request Miss N. Mahalakshmi to please join me,
18:55 because I have been told that one of our awardees, Miss Meghna,
19:00 founder and director of Makers Loft, has joined us.
19:04 Meghna, we really missed you during the show, but thank you so much for being here,
19:08 and we'd really like to present the award to you.
19:11 Please give us one quick moment as we get the award on stage.
19:18 Okay, and everyone in the room, can we please have a round of applause
19:31 for Miss Meghna, founder and director of Makers Loft,
19:35 who is also our Outlook Women of Worth 2019.
