Transcript
00:00 After three kids, Jessie James-Decker is telling Us Weekly that she is comfortable in the body
00:04 that she's in.
00:05 The singer opened up in this week's cover story, saying that before she had kids, she
00:08 was so used to seeing this tiny fit thing.
00:11 But after she gave birth, her body changed so much.
00:14 She added, "My boobs were down to my belly.
00:16 I wanted women to know it's okay.
00:18 You just grew a baby and it's okay if it's not melting off."
00:22 In 2021, the country singer opened up about having a breast augmentation, saying that
00:26 she wanted to be real about it.
00:28 She added, "My breasts didn't look the way they did before I had kids.
00:31 It made me feel good and confident and sexy."
00:34 As for what Jessie likes to do for self-care now, she says she likes to go for the gym,
00:38 take long walks, and indulge in bubble baths.
00:41 She says, "I pour a glass of wine and get in for 45 minutes with candles and listen
00:45 to music and relax.
00:46 I need that time for myself to decompress.
00:49 Every mom needs that."
00:50 However, in a few weeks, it will be back to the grind and back to school.
00:54 Jessie tells us, "The hardest part for us is we all like to sleep in, so having to get
00:58 up at 6 a.m. is tough.
01:00 We start two weeks in advance, slowly setting alarms for 7, then 6.45.
01:05 I also get everything laid out the night before — the water bottles, the lunch boxes and
01:09 uniforms, all the things that moms do."
