00:03 Diane is basking in a period of personal victory and fulfillment.

00:08 In addition to mending fences with her loved one, she also sealed the knot with Jack.

00:13 Diane can't wait to marry Jack and show off her success to all of Renee's heirs now that

00:18 the wedding preparations are proceeding smoothly.

00:21 Diane is set on marrying Jack, as she wants to prove herself to everyone who has ever

00:26 thought less of her.

00:28 She can't wait to settle down with Jack and start a family of her own.

00:32 She is set on saying "I do" to Jack and celebrating her newfound happiness regardless of what

00:37 anybody else thinks.

00:40 But not everyone approves of Diane and Jack's romance.

00:44 Jack's sister Ashley is worried about the impact Diane's actions could have on the family

00:48 and the Chabot company.

00:51 She is aware of Diane's tendency for deception and plotting and is concerned that having

00:55 her in Jack's life could lead to complications.

00:58 Meanwhile, Jack's brother Billy is divided between chewing on his brother and his blossoming

01:04 romance with Diane and listening to Ashley's reasonable concerns.

01:09 Billy's doubts about Diane have been there from the start, but he supported Jack nonetheless.

01:14 But Ashley's arguments and the views of others like Tucker caused him to re-evaluate his

01:19 position and the possible threat Diane poses to Chabot.

01:23 To save her loved ones and the family business, Ashley confronts Jack about this affair with

01:28 Diane.

01:30 She tries to convince Jack to change his mind by giving him her justifications and explanations.

01:35 However, Jack may be too obsessed with Diane to say big pictures of what their relationship

01:41 means to either of them.

01:43 Amid all this turmoil, Victor makes a bold move to deal with his son Adam.

01:48 He plans to give Adam a severe punishment in the hopes of redirecting him.

01:53 If Victor sees Adam pushing back against the new rules or acting out against the family,

01:58 he may take severe action.

02:00 Taking Adam off the merger project or making his report to Nick would be a huge slap in

02:05 the face for Adam's dignity and independence.

02:09 Victor and Adam's feud has always been palpable, and this latest confrontation could worsen

02:14 it.

02:15 If Adam feels as though Victor is trying to dictate how he should feel about Sally,

02:19 he may become even more resentful of his father.

02:23 It's possible as the love triangle between Adam, Sally and Nick plays out, everyone involved

02:28 may eventually learn to let go and go on.

02:31 But it's never simple to let go of old feelings and attachments.

02:36 In any case, Adam and Victor will likely clash as they try to figure out their difficult

02:40 relationship in Y&R.
