00:56 but if I get to the sideline before they catch me that's a plus for me even if
01:01 it's two yards so like if I'm getting positive yards and that's good for the
01:04 offense at the end of the day.
01:07 How much lighter are you now than you were a year or two ago?
01:09 A year or two ago? I mean five ten pounds. My main focus has just been to lean out though.
01:19 Stay lighter in my feet. Obviously the NFL season is really long so you know
01:24 durability. I've got to luckily learn from one of the best terms of durability so I'm just trying to take a few nuggets with me.
01:32 How'd that two-minute offense look like under Dave there at the end of practice?
01:36 It's good you know they back in Seattle they major in tempo offense so I think
01:44 that's great for us you know we got a lot of good energy for building like I've
01:47 said in the past but you know it's good to see you know us getting on the ball
01:52 quick and getting the ball snapped. If we can do that there's no chance for
01:57 the defense to be able to switch up call if we just snap one ball after another.
02:03 What was the offseason like for you? How much were you in the playbook versus taking a break from football?

02:11 Yeah you know obviously OTAs you know it's a lot of practices string together so a little bit of
02:20 you know mentally exhausted down the stretch but you know that's the ball and
02:24 that requires a little bit of a break and it's a good time for us to get a
02:28 little bit of a break right there after OTAs but obviously you want to lock it
02:31 back in and now that we got training camp started we just want to build off
02:35 of that foundation we set in OTAs.
