00:27 People are asking if they're having difficulty making GP appointments right now, have you got thoughts on that?

00:32 I definitely think it's quite hard, especially because a lot of things are online.

00:36 And I know that my gran finds it really difficult to book one when she has to go on the computer,

00:43 figure out what website, book them in. It's always calling my mum about it and I definitely think

00:48 as well if you don't have that access you can't really book them over the phone that easily anymore.

00:54 They're always full, they're always busy.

00:57 Some people find it difficult to want to make a GP appointment or be put off looking after things

01:01 because there's this barrier you have to overcome. Does that ever cross your mind at all?

01:05 Yeah definitely, definitely fine.

01:08 Especially if you think you've not got that big of an issue or you're just a bit fed up of going to the doctors,

01:13 you don't want to make that effort even if it's far away as well.

01:18 Like my local doctors isn't that close to me, it's not easily walkable.

01:24 I feel like I find that it's very... you feel like you'll be more problematic trying to go

01:31 than actually they're helping your problem. Doesn't that make sense?

01:36 Yeah it's something that I've experienced a lot of. I've tried to get a GP appointment recently,

01:45 although it wasn't in Sheffield, and getting through to someone was like trying to book

01:52 tickets for Glastonbury basically, it's just impossible.

01:55 It's a traffic jam in the morning calling up that line.

01:58 Yeah basically yeah, if I like a lottery. So yeah it very much feels like the NHS is in its knees.

02:04 And would that put you off calling in the first place for example?

02:08 Absolutely.

02:09 Has it added a balance to it?

02:10 Yeah.
