00:10 The last year, the year ended March 2016,

00:13 was a year of transformation for us.

00:16 In fact, we completed the largest ever acquisition

00:19 in Indian asset management space last year.

00:22 In fact, acquiring a company which was almost 10 times

00:25 our size.

00:26 So this is the first time that has happened in India.

00:29 The largest ever acquisition.

00:30 And I would say that that shows our commitment to the market.

00:35 That shows our bullishness to the industry

00:38 or our commitment to the industry.

00:40 And we successfully completed that transition.

00:44 Our assets under management from March 2015,

00:47 when they were about 1,800 crores, in March 2016,

00:50 were about 18,000 crores.

00:53 Post the transition, we have continued to grow.

00:56 And at this point of time as we speak,

00:58 we are upwards of 25,000 crores of assets under management.

01:02 So indeed, the last year has been in more ways than one.

01:05 Been a year of growth, a year of transition for us.

01:09 And it has led not only to increase in assets,

01:13 but increase in our capabilities,

01:15 expansion of our product suite, and much better

01:19 offering to our investors.
