DepEd announces opening of classes for S.Y. 2023-2024 will be on Aug. 29

00:00 The Department of Education has announced the opening of classes for school year 2023 to 2024.
00:07 In DepEd's advisory, all classes in public schools will start on August 29.
00:12 Private schools were given a choice to have their school opening any day starting the first Monday of June,
00:18 but not later than the last day of August.
00:21 As of now, the Education Department is also preparing for the launching of Brigada Escuela.
00:26 Meanwhile, the early registration for grades 1, 7, and 11 has already started.
