00:00 This is a tradition for all openings, where we actually start with large, large slabs of chocolate,
00:06 and then we break pieces off with a hammer and chisel, and get you to try some.

00:31 Over the weekend there's going to be a lot of fun going on here.
00:35 The next couple of days, I hope Canberrans get down here and try it out.
00:39 Tomorrow, we will be doing many of those signature items for absolutely free.
00:44 We want people to try the chocolate, try the signature gelato,
00:47 and try the signature savoury range and our waffles.
00:50 On Sunday, we'll do it all again, except those items will be a little, tiny amount to pay for in $2 each.
00:57 So it should be a great weekend.
00:59 There'll be live music, lots of giveaways.

01:17 The new truffle is a combination of toastie and a waffle.
01:21 So we spent many months developing the recipes with Australian-made products.
01:25 So our flour, sugar, eggs, butter, all come from Australia.
