00:00 My name is Aisha Raymond.
00:01 I'm from London, England originally,
00:03 but I reside in Glasgow and Tunbridge Wells.
00:05 And I've been a professional wrestler since 2007.
00:08 Right here in Tunbridge Wells,
00:11 we are setting up the, I think,
00:12 the only pro wrestling school
00:15 that's been here for about at least 10 years.
00:19 The last kind of notice and promoting
00:21 of professional wrestling that was around here
00:23 was All-Star Wrestling.
00:24 So I'm really happy to try and bring wrestling back.
00:27 And you get out of it what you need to get out of it.
00:30 It's a combination of art, fitness, and performance.
00:34 So if you generally just want to
00:36 improve your physical fitness, it's perfect for it.
00:39 There's no other cardio that wrestling cardio.
00:41 If you wanted to perfect your performance skills,
00:44 we can do that too.
00:45 Or if you actually generally want to be
00:46 a professional wrestler, you can do that as well.
00:49 The worst thing about wrestling is that people think
00:51 there's something wrong about wrestling.
00:53 There's nothing wrong with wrestling.
00:54 The best thing about wrestling to me
00:56 is the community that it allows you to have.
00:58 I can honestly say that I wouldn't have
01:00 the friendship circles and the family that I have now
01:02 if it wasn't professional wrestling.
01:04 So it kind of gives you somewhat of an identity.
