Euphoria Actor Angus Cloud's Final Moments Detailed in 911 Call _ E! News

00:05 According to multiple reports, the Euphoria star's mother called 911 to report a possible overdose on July 31,

00:15 telling authorities that her son did not have a pulse.

00:19 His reps later confirmed to NBC News that the actor died at his family's home in Oakland, California.

00:26 A cause of death has not yet been revealed.

00:29 E! News has reached out to authorities regarding the 911 call, but has not yet heard back.

00:35 Angus was just 25 years old.

00:38 In a July 31 statement shared with E! News, Angus' family says that last week the actor buried his father, Connor Hickey,

00:48 writing that the star "intensely struggled with this loss."

00:52 They add, "The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend."

00:59 The statement continues, "Angus was open about his battle with mental health,

01:04 and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence."

01:13 Three days before his death, Angus made what would be one of his final public appearances,

01:19 when he was spotted at an album release party for the Bay Area-based rap group MacArthur Maze.

01:25 He can be spotted in a video from the July 28 event shared on the group's Instagram page.

01:32 Angus rose to prominence playing Fez on HBO's Emmy-winning teen drama series Euphoria.

01:38 He was a main character on the show's first two seasons.

01:43 HBO shares in a statement on social media, writing, "We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud.

01:51 He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family.
