00:07 to address the shortage of rice and food supplies, especially whenever there is a storm.
00:14 Under the plan, the provinces can join forces in an RPZ.
00:20 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. can also appoint official officers in each RPZ
00:27 to guide farmers in their crops until they reach maximum production.
