00:29 As we hear more from Alan Francisco.
00:55 That was just part of the situation briefing in Pampanga this morning, which President

01:17 But some local officials pushed back on the proposal.
01:20 This because it could likely affect the lives of the Palay farmers in Kandaba, a major rice
01:25 producer in the region, which President Marcos himself eventually retracted.
01:30 "If we are going to do it, we have an alternative.

01:40 So we will do that.
01:41 But what I'm trying, what we are trying to do right now is to assess the technical aspect
01:50 of the flooding.

01:54 Now, that has an effect.
01:55 We will put it in the swamp.
01:56 How about the farmers there?

02:51 meters.
02:52 They will add 4.5 extra meters so that it will not reach."
