A celebrity makeup artist explains what you need to know in just 10 minutes.
Transcript
00:00 Hi guys, it's Vincent Oquendo, makeup artist.
00:02 So if you know me from Instagram or social media,
00:04 makeup Vincent, toss the weave back.
00:07 So I wanted to create a beauty look
00:10 based on a beauty blogger.
00:11 She's one of my absolute favorites.
00:12 It's Jackie Aina.
00:13 So she creates these really cool makeup looks,
00:16 and this look is a neon eyeliner.
00:19 (upbeat music)
00:22 Three, two, one, action.
00:27 - Hi guys, welcome back to my channel.
00:28 It's your girl, Jackie Aina.
00:30 I've already primed.
00:31 I'm going to set my primer
00:33 with a bit of translucent setting powder.
00:36 - Jackie, I'm gonna put you on pause for a minute.
00:38 Jackie, you got me all the way shook with the powder prep.
00:41 I'm like, I'm all the way shook about that.
00:43 So I'm gonna use the Maybelline Lasting Fix Powder.
00:46 Maybe I should prep my skin a little bit too.
00:48 So I'm gonna use the Barbara Sturm Calming Serum
00:50 and just get my skin prepped and primed.
00:55 I'm trying to get on Jackie's level.
00:57 I love a good serum.
00:59 Dramatic much?
01:00 Maybe.
01:01 And then I'm gonna use the EOS Lip Balm.
01:04 I love this.
01:07 And now I'm gonna use the Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops.
01:12 I'm gonna put one drop in each eye.
01:15 Let's see how well I can do this.
01:16 Don't judge me.
01:18 I hope I still look pretty.
01:22 Take a look at these peepers.
01:24 - I'm gonna take my Sink or Skin from Shiseido.
01:26 - Oh, love.
01:27 - Ooh, I love it too.
01:29 - I'm gonna just twist.
01:30 - Boop.
01:31 - That's just so good.
01:31 - So I'm gonna use the Diapholy brush by Shiseido.
01:35 I'm putting the Sink or Skin foundation.
01:39 I'm so glad she said she loved it because I love it.
01:43 I'm really scared about putting liquid foundation
01:46 over powder, but you know what?
01:48 It looks really good on her skin, so.
01:50 - After I push that down.

09:44 - And then I'm gonna jump into blush.
09:46 - Yes.
09:48 I'm gonna get a light layer of mascara on.
09:52 - So this is the final look.
09:53 That's it, I'm out.
09:54 I'm gonna take some pictures.
09:55 I look good.
09:56 Soon.
09:57 - I'm gonna do a little mist to finish everything up.
