00:06 From about 6.45 this morning we noticed that the drains, there was a burst drain main.
00:12 My other half phoned Southern Water up.
00:15 No help whatsoever.
00:18 The neighbours have been ringing up.
00:20 It's now quarter to twelve and the drains have just stopped flooding.
00:25 But it's too late because it's gone past my damp course under my living room window
00:30 and it's up to the second step of my porch.
00:34 I've had to put sandbags down.
00:37 Yeah, so I'm not happy. I'm not happy at all about this.
