00:50 has helped us to succeed is the fact that the owners and the ownership group is really hands-off
00:57 when it comes to running the team and making those types of decisions. And it's the principle of
01:04 saying put the right people in the right jobs and empower them and allow them to do what they're
01:09 best at doing. And so they repose a lot of faith in me to run the team and I follow the same
01:16 principle when it comes to other areas of expertise, when it comes to the team. Yes, in the auction,
01:23 a big part of developing the strategy and involving the think tank was something that
01:30 was my responsibility that I had to drive and how the auction table, we manage things at the table.
01:35 But once the squad is put together, I mean, it's the captain's team and it's the coach to work with
01:40 the captain and there's a think tank there and I also believe in leaving it to them.
01:45 Yes, we have some offline conversations over coffee and I throw my ideas out also saying, have you
01:50 thought of this, have you thought of that but it's never any of us coming in and saying this is what
01:55 it is because we do hear stories about other franchises and whatnot but I think that's a big
02:00 part of our success. But the enthusiasm and the excitement for the team and going
02:09 with the ups and downs of the team with the emotions is something that is always there to see
02:14 and so he's super excited about the squad, he's super excited about Shreyas and our new
02:22 direction and the leadership that he brings and the players that we were able to bring back
02:29 retain Sunil and Andre and Varun Chakravarti, Venkatesh Iyer and being able to bring back
02:35 Pat Cummins and Nitish Rana, Shivam Mavi, Sheldon Jackson, Rinku Singh and yet
02:44 also work have been successful in bringing Rahane into the squad
02:51 and the other two corners. So it's been fantastic, I mean, he's totally excited about it.
02:57 So are everyone in the ownership group, Juhi, Jai, etc. So I think everyone is
03:04 really looking forward to the season and there's an air of excitement everywhere
