00:00 President Bobo Marcos approved the National Security Policy or NSP 2023 to 2028.
00:07 In addition, the Philippines will have an independent foreign policy.
00:11 This is also in line with Marcos' vision of having a free, safe and peaceful country.
00:17 Under Executive Order No. 37, all government agencies,
00:22 including government-owned and controlled corporations like GOCC and LGUs,
00:27 will be able to use the so-called policy.
00:30 This includes the implementation of their strategies and programs related to security.
00:36 NSP will also be implemented in all sectors.
00:40 This will be one step ahead of all other national security issues.
00:46 The National Security Council will provide technical assistance
00:50 and the National Security Advisor will monitor the implementation of NSP
