00:00 Obviously it's a bit of a negative. We would have liked to have had a chance at three games
00:11 against the Indian team. Obviously leading into the World Cup, preparing for the World
00:18 Cup, obviously to lose out on a game in different conditions, obviously it's not quite ideal
00:24 but it is what it is, we're going to have to deal with it. Obviously it's a two-match
00:29 series I guess. It's going to be quite an interesting format now, we've only got two
00:36 games to compare whether we win or not. So we'll see how things go.
00:41 You are old enough to judge a team?
00:48 I don't think I'm going to put a number on it. I think it could be different for every
00:53 different person. Some people it can be one game, some people it can be ten games. You
00:58 never know. I can't say I'm going to put a number on it.
01:01 What do you think will happen?
01:05 I'm not too concerned. It's just a new stepping stone in my career. It just gives me a bit
01:14 of extra responsibility in the team. We can see how it goes. It can affect me negatively
01:22 or positively, I'm unsure at the moment. Hopefully it gives me the positive option
01:28 in the team and hopefully I can still do well for the team and still do the best I can do.
01:34 Do you think the limited Overs?
01:40 I'm not too sure to be honest. I haven't given it much thought. A Test Championship,
01:46 obviously we haven't quite got there yet. We're still trying to focus on the T20s now
01:54 that we've got it in hand. Once these games are done then we'll sit down and as a team
02:00 and management we'll chat about the things going forward.
02:03 What do you think of the new Overs?
02:09 They gave me lots of room to play the way I want. I don't see why that would change
02:15 without them here or not. In their careers they also have to do the same thing that we're
02:21 going through right now. We'll take it as it comes. In the leadership group within the
02:28 team we've had our discussions, we've had our chats on how we're going to go about things.
02:35 So far it is under control but we're also still learning as a group that we are still
02:41 quite a young leadership team within our games and our age. So obviously we're still learning
02:48 and hopefully when our careers are finished we'll be moved on and the youngsters coming
02:55 through will have learned from our mistakes and what we've learned also.
02:58 What's the biggest thing you've won so far?
03:07 As I say it's the biggest thing I've won so far. I haven't won a World Cup. So obviously
03:12 once I win a World Cup, if I do then obviously that will be the biggest thing I've ever done
03:18 in my career. But so far it's an RPL final. I've played for a couple of teams that I've
03:24 never made a playoff before. The first time I played for Mumbai I made a final and we
03:28 won. So obviously it's still a big achievement for any cricketer. There's so many things
03:32 that cricketers these days they want to be part of. They want to win RPL finals, they
03:36 want to be part of World Cup finals and win them. Personally it's different for everyone.
03:43 Everybody has their opinions. My opinion is mine. Their opinions is theirs. So for me
03:48 so far my career is the biggest thing I've achieved so far.
03:52 Who are the stars of the series?
03:56 I'm not too sure. We'll have to see. They're both good players in their own right. Obviously
04:04 Vera is the batsman who he is and Cage is the bowler who he is. So it's always going
04:09 to be a good competition. Obviously they like being very positive in the way they play the
04:17 cricket. So obviously it could be a great thing to watch. Obviously you've just now
04:23 watched the Ashes, now with Jofra bowling. He's been aggressive the way he bowls. Obviously
04:29 the way that Australia have batted. It's just been good cricket in all. I can only
04:35 think good things can come of it. It'll be great for the fans to watch when there's
04:39 so much competitiveness when two teams come together.
