00:16 resulted in his arrest outside a mall in Barangay Pasong Puti, Quezon City.

00:22 Police and members of the Task Force Sisiplina arrested

00:25 39-year-old Romulo Palaypay for a robbery in public places.

00:30 They were looking for documents.

00:33 When he was about to get his NBI in his bag,

00:40 he found the NBI in his bag with the dried marijuana.

00:48 That's why our police arrested him.

00:51 When they searched his bag, they found two guns.

00:58 Palaypay was arrested for carrying 5 grams of marijuana

01:01 and drug paraphernalia that he was using as boot races.

01:04 He was not able to show any documents related to the two .38 caliber guns he was carrying.

01:19 Palaypay was imprisoned twice for cases related to illegal drugs and gambling.
