02:46 There's just the preparation part,
02:48 and what you do at home versus what you do here,
02:49 because I'm sure it has evolved going into year three.
02:52 - Yeah, I really just stay in more on my body
02:54 and my sleep schedule.
02:55 I think that was the most that I had to worry about
02:57 my first two years was just trying to sleep at night,
03:00 and I always had that problem when I was in college.
03:02 So, just me learning how to sleep better,
03:05 get off the game, get off the phone,
03:08 stuff like that, the small things.
03:10 - Get off the screen and go to bed.
03:11 - Yeah, exactly.
03:13 Hop in a chamber, get an extra hour of sleep.

03:39 It helps the healing process go faster, so it's worth it.

03:46 - No, I try to do a whole night.

03:52 - Yeah, no, but it's for the better.
