24:49 Dear viewers, our first segment of this program is completed.
24:54 And we were on the second segment.
24:56 In that, we translated it word by word.
24:59 Now we are presenting the Tafseer to you.
25:03 In the Tafseer, the verse number 87.

25:11 In this, dear viewers, there are some points that we wanted to discuss.
25:15 First, we told you what does the second segment mean.
25:21 So, according to the companions, the followers, the commentators,
25:26 the second segment means Surah Al-Fatiha.
25:29 But according to some, it means the seven long Surahs.
25:38 In which, dear viewers, Surah Baqarah, Al-Imran, Nisa, Ma'idah, Surah Naam, Araf, Araf,
25:44 and the seventh Surah, there are three verses.
25:46 Surah Yunus, some say Surah Tawbah, some say Anfal, and Barat.
25:51 It means the seven long Surahs.
25:56 Some say that the second segment means the seven meanings that are revealed in the Quran.
26:01 And those seven meanings are Amr, Nahi, Basharat, Inzar, the statement of examples,
26:06 the counting of blessings, the giving of the news of the previous Ummah.
26:10 And Hazrat Ta'oos Dahak Abu Malik, may Allah have mercy on him,
26:15 he says that the second segment means the complete Quran.
26:19 Abu Ubaidah says that since some verses are recited after some other verses,
26:25 and after one verse, the second verse is a separate one,
26:29 the Quran is called Masani because it has the recitation of Allah.
26:34 Ibn Al-Anbani says that the Quran is called Masani because it has the repetition of stories,
26:39 news, speeches, and etiquette.
26:44 Ibn Qutaybah says that all the Surahs of the Quran, whether they are small or large, are Masani.
26:51 Because in these Surahs, there are stories and news that are repeated.
26:57 Now, this question arises that if the second segment means the Surah of Surah Fatihah,
27:04 then the seventh of the two and the great Quran,
27:08 then in between there is the "Wa" and "Ataf"
27:10 and we have already said that the "Wa" that comes for "Ataf" wants to change,
27:15 it wants to change, for example,
27:18 I say that "Ja'a zaydun wa amrun"
27:22 or "Ja'ani zaydun wa amrun"
27:25 "I have Zayd and Amr"
27:28 If I say that "Ja'ani zaydun wa zaydun"
27:31 that I have Zayd and Zayd, then this is the statement of one person,
27:36 then what is the benefit?
27:38 When it is "Wa" and "Ataf", then this "Wa" and "Ataf" is describing someone else,
27:41 that I have Zayd and Amr, both of them are different.
27:44 So the "Seventh of the two and the great Quran"
27:47 when it says "Seventh of the two" that is also a part of the Holy Quran,
27:50 and then it mentions the Holy Quran and "Wa" is for "Ataf"
27:53 and "Wa" wants to change,
27:56 so this question arises here.
27:59 It means that if the Surah Fatihah is accepted,
28:04 it means that the Surah Fatihah is not of the Holy Quran.
28:07 In short, we have given you the Surah Fatihah and the Holy Quran,
28:12 so we know that the Surah Fatihah is different from the Holy Quran.
28:15 The answer to this is that the Surah Fatihah is a part of the Holy Quran
28:19 and "Juz' kulka min wajhin ghair"
28:22 and this much of modification is enough for the health of "Ataf".
28:26 So the Surah Fatihah is a part of the Holy Quran
28:30 and "Juz'" in one sense is also "Kulka Ghair"
28:34 so this much of modification is enough for "Ataf",
28:37 but it is a part of the Holy Quran.
28:40 Then Allah Almighty said,
28:43 "La tamudanna 'inaika ila ma matta'ina bihi azwajam minhum
28:48 wa la tahzan 'alayhim wa khfid janahaka lil mu'mineen"
28:52 "And do not look with envy at this worldly enjoyment
28:56 which We have given to many groups of disbelievers,
28:59 and do not grieve over those disbelievers
29:02 and keep your arms of mercy down for the believers."
29:07 Now, dear listeners, this is an address to the Prophet (PBUH)
29:14 and it says that we have given you the great wealth of the Holy Quran
29:20 and whoever has this blessing,
29:22 he does not need to look at anything.
29:26 Dear listeners, remember one thing here,
29:29 that some have mentioned that
29:32 "La tamudanna 'inaika" is an address to the Prophet (PBUH)
29:37 and some translators have said this here.
29:43 But remember that the scholar and scholar of the Holy Quran,
29:48 the Prophet (PBUH)
29:50 and many other commentators have written that
29:53 this is an address to the Prophet (PBUH)
29:57 but the meaning here is not the Prophet (PBUH)
30:01 but the common Muslim.
30:04 The companions of the Holy Quran or the believers
30:07 are being taught here.
30:11 Because the Prophet (PBUH)
30:15 Remember that in our opinion,
30:18 it is not right to look at the world with envy
30:22 and look at the Prophet (PBUH) with envy.
30:27 This verse is an address to your Ummah
30:30 and in the Balaghat, it is called "Tareez"
30:34 "Tareez" is when you are talking to someone
30:38 but you are not trying to make them listen to you,
30:41 but you are trying to make someone else listen to you.
30:44 For example, your younger brother works in a shop
30:49 and the employees also work there.
30:51 There is one employee whom you do not call directly
30:54 and you are scolding your younger brother
30:57 for not doing his job properly.
31:00 You are scolding him for not doing his job properly
31:03 and you are making him listen to you.
31:06 There is another example which you will understand easily.
31:09 Sometimes there is a daughter-in-law and a daughter at home.
31:12 The daughter is doing her job properly
31:16 and she is getting up early in the morning.
31:19 But she is looking at her daughter-in-law
31:21 and she is not doing her job properly
31:23 and she is not getting up early in the morning
31:25 and she is not doing her job properly
31:27 and she is not getting up early in the morning
31:29 and she is not doing her job properly
31:31 and she is not doing her job properly
31:33 and she is not doing her job properly
31:35 and she is not doing her job properly
31:37 and she is not doing her job properly
31:39 and she is not doing her job properly
31:41 and she is not doing her job properly
31:43 and she is not doing her job properly
31:45 and she is not doing her job properly
