San Antonio Spurs Schedule Released

The San Antonio Spurs schedule is out, and it starts with a pair of rivalry games against the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets.

00:00 was a time in South Texas when the NBA schedule would get released and half

00:04 this city would either mail in work completely or at least part of the work

00:07 day so they can analyze the schedule. With the Spurs not being very good the

00:12 last couple of years, admittedly the NBA schedule release has been just kind of a

00:16 meh, but boy yesterday everybody I know was sending me copies of the schedule.

00:22 What do you think about the schedule? It's good. It's that old feeling again

00:25 with the Spurs and I don't know how good they're going to be this year but

00:28 certainly the Victor Wimbenyama effect has us all hyped for the season and had

00:32 us all analyzing and predicting games which is silly but it's fun to do. Good

00:37 on the NBA for the foresight of having the two Texas teams come in here because

00:42 when the Texas teams are all good those rivalries and that hate that flows makes

00:46 for sensational entertaining basketball. Dallas will come in here to open up

00:51 Victor Wimbenyama's career in San Antonio with Luka Doncic who has a

00:56 reputation of being awesome as a player but a bit of a griper and then you got

01:01 the old curmudgeon Kyrie Irving so it's good that Dallas is good and they've got

01:04 victims, they've got bad guys, they've got villains and that's good.

01:09 Houston's trying. They'll come in here on the second game of the season. I like

01:14 what the Rockets are doing. I believe that they're going to get good sooner

01:18 rather than later so that's good. With Wimbenyama in San Antonio, Dallas

01:22 getting good again with a couple of villainous kind of players and Houston

01:27 trying hard. Maybe those old days of those Texas rivalries that we used to

01:31 just thrive on around here are back again or at least getting closer to
