  • last year
The winners of the Indian Responsible Tourism Awards (IRTA) are chosen after an intensive, six-month-long process. The Jury Meet for the fifth edition of IRTA — focused on the travel community’s response to the Covid crisis — was held in December last. The names of the winners will be announced on February 24 next week.

Meanwhile, here’s what one of the members of the IRTA 2021 jury, Dr. Harold Goodwin, Emeritus Professor at Manchester Metropolitan University, MD, International Centre for Responsible Tourism, and RT Advisor to World Travel Market, said about this year’s awards.
