00:00 care of yourself. Single parents that's the one thing that we kept hearing
00:04 from a lot of single parents. They feel guilty for stopping. They feel guilty
00:08 because they're doing double duty right? They're making the home and they're
00:12 making the money. And so they feel like anytime they stop because they already
00:16 feel guilty for being a solo parent. They feel guilty for not having a partner so
00:20 they feel like they can't rest. Please we beg you, we encourage you. It will be
00:26 better for your children if you get the help you need. You get the comfort, the
00:31 care, the support you need. You're gonna be a better dad or mom to those kids.
00:35 We're just human. There's no one in the world who can do this without getting tired.
00:41 So if you need to take a step back and let somebody fill in for you. Like call a
00:46 friend or somebody from your community who is willing to like show up for the
00:51 kids for that day. That is completely okay.
