00:43 Even if the families will be replaced, according to the law, the DSWD should ensure that the beneficiaries are already in poverty before they are removed from the program.

01:02 In the budget hearing of the DSWD in Congress, some lawmakers also raised the issue of the sudden removal of four-piece beneficiaries.

01:20 Because there were reports that there was sudden and unpreparedness for the beneficiaries in the so-called graduation and it was surprising.

01:37 For now, the DSWD is implementing a moratorium on the delisting of four-piece beneficiaries until the assessment of the 1.4 million poor families is completed.
